The house on the hill

A fantastic newly built house on Käringön close to the harbour, sleeps 8. On the ground floor there is a hall, bathroom with bath tub, two bedrooms, laundry room and kitchen with dinning area and living room with sofa.
On the second floor there is a balcony with a wonderful view, TV room with two beds, new bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with three beds.
The house is located close to the harbour up on a hill with fabulous views from all rooms.
There are 3 terraces on the ground floor and one balcony on the second floor off the TV room.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, soda stream and coffee machine. A warm welcome to the house on the hill, a house you will be guaranteed to feel at home in!

Price SEK 1350/per person (min 6 persons)
Price weekend Fri-Sun SEK 2000/per person (min 6 persons)
Price includes bedding, towels and cleaning upon departure.

Reservation restrictions: For valid reservations 20% of the total cost will be debited directly when the invoice is forwarded. The remainder shall be paid in person via credit/debit card/cash or by invoice in advance. In case of cancellation the 20% reservation charge is not refundable and if cancellation takes place later than 48 hours prior to the reserved date full prices apply.
Damages: In the event anything is damaged or broken through any fault of your own then you shall be liable for all reparation costs. Notify us immediately for any eventual repairs.
