Rose Cottage

This fisherman's cottage from the 16th century is less than a two minute walk to the Oyster bar. The cottage has been painstakingly renovated and includes an iron range and tiled stove. This cottage has a peaceful charm to it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom contains a shower and a washing machine. The living room is located on the ground floor and there is a radio/CD and TV, spacious kitchen, little bathroom and glass veranda with dinning for 6-8 persons. A newly renovated attic with two bedrooms furnished with two respectively four beds. All the beds can be used as queen sized beds (180cm) or as twins (90 cm). There is a generous patio, which offers a sea view and there are several sets of patio furniture and a BBQ available.

SEK 2000/ per night for 1-4 persons
SEK 2500/ per night for 5 persons
SEK 3000/ per night for 6 persons
Price includes bedding, towels and cleaning upon departure.

Reservation restrictions: For valid reservations 20% of the total cost will be debited directly when the invoice is forwarded. The remainder shall be paid in person via credit/debit card/cash or by invoice in advance. In case of cancellation the 20% reservation charge is not refundable and if cancellation takes place later than 48 hours prior to the reserved date full prices apply.
Damages: In the event anything is damaged or broken through any fault of your own then you shall be liable for all reparation costs. Notify us immediately for any eventual repairs.
